Mr. Teo Yee Cheong is the founder and chairman of Bizpoint System. His key area of specialization is in the deployment of IT (information technology) in businesses applications.

Mr. Teo has a rich experience of more than 24 years in the field of business system consultancy, system development, project management, implementation and training. He is the chief architect behind the third re-development of the business solution package, E8 Business resource Management System (E8).

He has written two versions of “Simple Solution”, in both Microsoft Basic and DataFlex. To date, this software are very well established, with a strong client base of more than 500 installed sites in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan. Today, E8 is once again localized for the China market and is an ERP solution that meets international standards, together with many other excellent practices from Singapore. Furthermore, E8 is developed using object-oriented technology and it is also web enabled.

Mr. Teo visited China numerous times in 1980, 1986 and 1991. The pioneer business venture there was with Anhui Normal University in 1994. To-date, Bizpoint System is the largest and most established complete IT solution provider in Anhui, Wuhu.

Academically, he is a Computer Science and Mathematics graduate from the former Nanyang University (now known as Nanyang Technological University). On top of that, he had a military career where he honed his organizational skills, leadership and management experience which helped him in his business development. All these paved his way to make his business in the IT industry a success.
